A verified payment publishes a legitimate public URL and adds permanently to that listing’s visible ranking total. Paid position is advertising, not an editorial recommendation or quality score.
Publishing and ranking
- The minimum payment is $20 USD.
- Stripe confirmation publishes a new listing automatically; there is no routine approval queue.
- Listings rank by the sum of all non-refunded payments made for the same URL.
- Paid totals do not expire. A later payment to the same URL increases its total.
- Equal totals keep the listing that reached that total first above the later listing.
- The board shows up to 30 listings per page, with additional paid listings continuing on later pages.
Eligibility and removal
Submitters choose their own category, including Others. ToolBid may remove or disable links involving malware, impersonation, deceptive redirects, unlawful material, adult content, hate, harassment, fraud, or other abuse. Automatic publishing is not an endorsement and does not prevent later enforcement.
Refunds
Completed ranking payments are generally final once the listing is published. A higher competing total, a change in rank, traffic volume, clicks, leads, or conversions does not create a refund right. Refunded payments are removed from the listing’s cumulative total.
No performance guarantee
ToolBid does not guarantee impressions, clicks, customers, revenue, search ranking, or any other business outcome. Click counts may exclude suspected automated or duplicate activity.
Payment and identity
Stripe processes payment details. ToolBid receives transaction identifiers and the payer email needed to administer the listing, but does not display the payer’s identity publicly.
